Below you will find how personal data is handled when you visit boarding-stage.com and when you subscribe to our mailings.

1. Who is responsible

2. Subscribing to the newsletter

For the subscription we store:

• the e-mail address you enter,
• the topics you tick,
• to document your consent, the date and time, the IP address and the user agent of your browser at the moment of subscribing.

Why: to send you e-mails with news, ideas and offers on the chosen topics.
On what basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Confirmation step: we only add your address after you have clicked the link in our confirmation e-mail. This prevents anyone from signing up an address that is not theirs.

Service provider: mailing and subscriber management are handled by Light House Traffic Inc. on our behalf, under a data processing agreement in line with Art. 28 GDPR.

How long: as long as you are subscribed. When you leave the list, your data is erased; only the record of your earlier consent is kept, blocked from any other use.

Changing your mind: every mailing contains an unsubscribe link, and you may also write to the controller above. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before.

3. Technical access data

Whenever a page is called up, the web server records technical details such as the IP address, the time, the requested address and the browser type. We need this to run the site securely; the legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Your rights

You may ask for access to your data (Art. 15 GDPR), have it corrected (Art. 16) or erased (Art. 17), restrict its processing (Art. 18), receive it in a portable format (Art. 20) and object to its processing (Art. 21). You may withdraw a consent at any time and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
